ELISA Calc is designed primarily for laboratories that define their own plate layouts and assay calculations. It is a fully featured program that collects data from ELISA readers, calculates results for a variety of different test kits, performs quality control validations, and generates tabular or graphical patient reports. The program includes facilities for maintaining a database of results by sample ID, and by Client. There are also modules for reporting results to a laboratory information system.
