Information You Explicitly Provide via the Download Form and the Order Form:

When you download an evaluation copy of our software, we request your name, Company, and e-mail address. We use this information to remind you, via e-mail, to register your copy when the evaluation period is over. We will also use the information to contact you, via e-mail, should a problem be discovered in the software.

When you place an order, we require your name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. We use this information solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. In general, we will try to contact you first by e-mail and only if that fails, or if time is critical, will we try to contact you by phone.

The information is used only within Customized Applications, Inc., and only for the purposes described above. We do not share download or order information with other organizations.

Information We Automatically Collect: IP Address

We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. This site does not attempt to match IP addresses with individual computers or other uniquely identifiable data.
